Our home has been recently renovated and is sunny and cosy with all mod cons including heat pump, flat screen TV, DVD etc. Ideal for a couple or small family.

We are a semi-retired couple who love travelling.
Dunedin City is close to a variety of outdoor recreation pursuits including tramping, small and large game hunting, fishing (salmon, trout and saltwater), windsurfing, golf, etc. Dunedin is known for its wildlife (albatross and penguin colonies), Victorian architecture, unspoiled landscapes and is home to the University of Otago (modeled off Cambridge University). Dunedin is centrally located to a number of world class outdoor recreation areas including the world heritage site Fiordland (Milford Sound). Central Otago (Queenstown) is approx. 2-4 hours by car and is home to a number of mountain ski-fields, picturesque scenery, Central Otago Rail Trail, unspoiled lakes, and is the main location on which the film Lord of the Rings was shot.
