A wooden, 2 story cottage with large firplace and open planned living area.
Balcony front and rear, and sheltered BBQ area located next to house.
Stunning and unique.
I will be on hand to ensure you are set up and made familiar with all the 'Bits and Bobs' before leaving you to your own devices.
A Farm manager and his wife live on the Island and can assist you with anything you may need help with.

A beautiful cottage on a privately owned Island in New Zealand's world famous Bay Of Islands. (Located aprox 3 hours drive North of Auckland)
Quiet, clean, stunningly beautiful.
World Class fishing and diving all around the Island: fantastic nature walks (half the Island is a Bird Sanctuary); catch fish from the rocks and gather shellfish from the shoreline.
The Island has many small coves and private beaches, all accessible by foot or boat. There is always somewhere sheltered and private for picnics and swimming.
Half the Island is a farm, and the other half a Bird Sanctuary within native bush.
A small boat and a quad bike are available for use. The towns of Russel and Pihia are 20 minutes away by water taxi. Grocery shopping can be done by phone, with shopping delivered the following day by boat.
Best time of year is Feb - March (height of summer), but winter can be fun also - especialy snuggling down in front of the roaring fire.
