15 Marendellas Drive is a large single story detached house surrounded by attractive gardens.
It has four bedrooms (3 double) plus a large office.
It has a wood burning real fire in the living area, a large deck and entertaining area which faces north (critical in the Southern Hemisphere for all day sun!)
Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles comfortably.
Seperate bathroom and toilet. Property is maintained to a high level and scrupulously clean!
The gardens boast Lemon, Lime and Orange trees as well as large Palms and Yukka's.
(just pick a fresh lemon to add to your Gin and Tonic!)
The nieghbours are as nice and friendly as is humanly possible!

Bill and Debbie are in their fifties and have lived in Auckland for ten years since emigrating from the UK.
Their three children have now flown the coop leaving them to rattle around in the large house.
They both love living by the ocean and enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking as well as walks along the beaches that surround Howick.
Eating out and other nightlife on offer throughout the city keep them satisfied and entertained.

Howick Village is a picture postcard suburb of Auckland, located on the the coast around 20 kilometres from Downtown Auckland. Howick itself boasts a steller selection of pubs restaurants and cafes and is considered one of the most affluent suburbs in the region.
The beautiful Hauraki Gulf provides all kinds of ocean going pastimes for those of a nautical leaning. There are at least four top quality beaches within a three minute drive or a twenty minute walk. Many leafy parks are all within a short walk of the house.
Ocean ferries are available at nearby Half Moon Bay for travel into Auckland and several of the other islands that make the Gulf so interesting. Waiheke Island is a forty minute ferry ride and is a gorgeous location for a day trip, loaded as it is with vineyards (most with first class restuarants attached), Olive groves and quirky island shopping.
The giant Volcano Rangitoto stands in the harbour and is also accessible by ferry from Half Moon Bay.
Auckland City provides all the usual amenities expected of an international city.
Summertime in Auckland is mostly very warm and sub tropical.
