Notre maison

The house is bohemian-chic with original frescos on ceilings and walls and art work in all rooms. Tasteful and curated mix of modern and classic art. It's a cozy and artsy environment. The building is from the early 19th century and the ceilings are high. The neighbourhood is multiethnic and hip.

More information
The space

This is a unique space with incredible lighting especially in the mornings as the sun rises east and gives every room a special glow. We usually turn the living room in a dining room, by putting Moroccan pillows(provided) on the floor and eating on the marble low table. You can find the table cloth, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen (see pics)
Guest access

Guests can access all rooms. Two large closet spaces are open and available.

Other things to note

This building is on a street that has a traffic light and it may happen that some cars honk their horns. Rome is a bustling city and the traffic noise is part of its characteristics. There are a couple of trash bins very close to the entrance, and sometimes they are overfilled with trash. This is not great to see. The city is struggling with this problem.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a couple that lives between Rome, London and Paris. Fabrizio, is a film producer and I, Bianca, am a fashion entrepreneur that dabbles with music.
We're eclectic and bohemian and our home reflects our spirit. We often have it empty because of how much time we spend travelling. The apartment is a penthouse apartment with high ceilings and original frescos. It has something very picturesque and chic about it. The atmosphere is cozy. Its a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. A hallway with a wonderful arch connects all the rooms. The floor is typical roman tile floor and the building was built in the 19th century. This makes it more modern than most apartments, at the same time gives it that ancient charm. The area is close to the train station which gives you easy access to airports and other cities. Its also well connected to subways. The square Piazza Vittorio is famous for its multi-etchnic communities and rich market that sells all sorts of foods. You are walking distance from the Monti neighbourhood and the Colosseum.

Esquilino is a neighbourhood composed of rustic archways leading into markets with picture-perfect pastry cases, Esquilino typifies everyday Rome. Its namesake piazza and accompanying obelisk serve as practical meeting places where established immigrants brush elbows with idly chatting intellectuals and artists. Replace the prestige of old-world marvels with the pragmatic offerings of master butchers, and you’ll encounter the nonchalant lifestyle of Esquilino—a contemporary kind of Rome.
This flat is 2 minutes away from the metro stop "Vittorio Emanuele", one stop away from "Termini" Railway Station. There are several trolley cars and bus stops that will take you directly to several major landmarks. There is ample parking but sometimes you may have to loop around a few times before finding one. don't forget to pay parking. There is also a paid parking lot very close by.
