Notre maison

We offer a charming, sunny and broad apartment on the third floor of a 1930s building.
The large living room is very comfortable with a dining area, and a living area with TV corner and two relaxing sofas.
The flat has wood-floors and typical '30's ceiling decorations. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, dish washer,..).
We have one wide bedroom with a double bed.
Then there is our favorite room: the relaxing room where we listen to the music, read and have a nap.
There is sofa which can be converted into a bed.
The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and a clothes dryer.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a couple: Patrizia, 42 years old, and Gianluca 43 years old.
We are very fond of our house that we are shaping as time goes by with new pieces of furnitures and arranging details. Gianluca, in particular, is fond of vintage and runs Flânerie Milano (instagram: @flaneriemilano), an exhibition space with designer furnishings and modern art.
We like several kinds of music and in the relax room you will find a hifi system to which you can connect apple devices. (Patrizia also used to play the violin and who knows…maybe in the future she will start playing again..).
We like reading and you can’t avoid noticing it if you enter our relax room.
We like hiking in the mountains and we are fond of good cooking and wines.

The house is placed in a neighborhood called Città Studi, because of the University Politecnico.

We are 10 minutes walk from via Ventura, one of the locations of designers and fine arts ateliers. During the DESIGN EXHIBITION WEEK, the area is full of interesting exhibitions and performing events and very lively also at night.

Our home is 20 metres from the Underground station (MM2 – Lambrate) and so going to the city centre (Duomo) is really quick and easy (20 minutes by tube).
Milano is famous not only for fashion and design but also for art museums and beautiful architectures.
Among the masterpieces you can experience: The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, Pietà Rondanini by Michelangelo.

We are also very close to one of the main railways stations (it might be convenient in case you want to visit other towns in the surroundings).
You have several supermarkets in the neighborhood, all at walking distance.
In the surroundings there are a few wine bars, do not miss them! And one of the ancient brewpub in Italy where you can taste different craft beers.
There are also many café, pizza restaurants and so on

The Linate airport is also very close (15 minutes by car).
