Notre maison

My home is just five minutes walk from town center and ten minutes from the beach. If you do bring with you bicycles you'll see how easily is to move around Civitanova Marche to explore other nice beaches such as Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio. The house inside is displaced on two floors. After the entrance you'll have a studio where I use to work, then the first double bedroom, the toilette + shower, and the huge living room + kitchen. Upstair the second double bedroom with toilette and bath and a huge sunny terrace.
In case of non-similtaneos exchange as I'm also owner of two houses non so far from here (one just close to this one in Civitanova Marche and the other at about 30 Km north very close to Monte Conero National Park.) Description on request if the case.

This part of Italy, undiscovered by tourists, is very beautiful. In addition to the shoe-making industry centered around Porto St.Elpidio, the inland is mainly an agricultural area and is lovely in all the seasons. The Adriatic Sea is just 1.5 km from my house, with a well equipped beach. Because most of the towns in Marche are fortified places built on hilltops, you can see the sea from quite far inland. If you look inwards, you will see some of the highest mountains in Italy, the Sibillini (skiing, hiking). A main train line runs north-south along the coast, as does the highway, connecting Civitanova easily to airports in Pescara and Ancona (RyanAir arrives at both from London). Vineyards in the region are appreciated. Near Ancona, the Monte Conero National Park is a lovely excursion, from Ancona (all year round)and Civitanova (july-agugust) you can take a boat to Croatia. Near by the house, there is cultural places: theaters and opera houses (18th and early 19th centuries), S.Maria a Piè di Chienti (Romanesque), Giardino Bonaccorsi (18th century gardens), Loreto, Recanati, Urbisaglia, Urbino, Assisi, Macerata (festival opera during the summer). The town itself centres around wide Piazza XX Settembre and offers plenty of stylish window-shopping and green public gardens, dance festival in summer, about 4 kms inland stands the Medieval hilltop borgo of Civitanova Alta.it’s also possible buy profitable clothes and shoes in the many outlets, like prada, tod’s, hogan, c.paciotti.
