The villa is located in the Petitenget area within walking distance of acclaimed restaurants including the famous KUDETA, Hu'u bar, and Living Room. Only 0,5 kilometer from the Seminyak Beach.
House is 365 sq m and land area is 11,5 are. Our villa is a single-storey house consisting of three separate buildings and presents five bedrooms with open-air bathrooms, a 55 sq m salt water pool including big kids pool, living and dining room, a kitchen, and antic wood pavilion with traditional olang-olang roof, two lotus ponds. 9pm-7am security stays in the villa. 6 days a housekeeping and gardener. Automatic generator for the main building incl master bedroom. Sputnik TV in 3 rooms.
If you travel with kids the staff of our house will be happy to look after them. We have all the things needed for 3-4 y o kids (bicycles, electro car, books, dvd))) T
