Notre maison

Our house is an "Arcachonnaise".
Typical of the "Bassin d'Arcachon" area, it's made of the white stone found in Charentes. Built in 1901, it's very confortable in high temperatures.
Cozy and spacious, our home is especially enjoyable in the kitchen, veranda opened on the swimming pool.
The 550ft2 living room has a fireplace.
On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom, a bibliotheque with a sofa, 2 kids bedroom, 2 bathroom and a playroom.
On the second floor, two bedroom and a bathroom.
We offer the use of our 2 automatic gear box cars and our 4 bikes.

Localisation

Quartier

Our home is located at a walking distance from Pessac center, where you will find a typical french way of life, around the heart of the city (a church, the city hall, boutiques and french food stores, bakeries, butchers, groceries, restaurants, etc.).
It is a two minutes walk to the château Pape Clément, 10 minutes to the Château Haut Brion, Chateau Luchey Halde...
You can bike to the historical city heart of Bordeaux in 15 minutes or take the tramway. Bordeaux is a city classified by Unesco, where you will be able to find historic tours, vineyards tours, museums, many fine boutiques, etc... Its river (Garonne) offers wonderful views, and you can walk on the quays or bike or skate.
We often drive to the bassin d'Arcachon to swim and surf in the Atlantic Ocean.
You will eat the "confit de canard with homemade french fries" with your feet in the sand in one of our favorite restaurant.(Cf. pictures)
It's a 2 hours drive from the Pays Basque or from Spain.
