The 1200 sq ft (110 m2) are on 3 levels all with views and the ground floor opens up to a 430 sq ft (40 m2) patio garden.

Floor level: Open Gourmet kitchen, Espresso machine, Gas plates, dining and living which open up onto a beautiful garden patio with table and chairs, bikes, BBQ. There is a suede couch with comfortable fold out double bed with curtain to close for private sleeping area if needed.

1st level upstairs: Bathroom with separate Italian tiled bathtub and shower and separate WC /child's bedroom, single bed /Master bedroom, double bed.

2nd level upstairs: Office area with skylight/cozy guest bedroom with skylight, single bed.

Available for your comfort during your stay:

- Weekly maid service
- Computer with permanent DSL high-speed Internet connection
- 1 electric bike, 1 mountain bike, kid bikes and scooters

  1. We're a creative multi-cultural well traveled yet truly Parisian family:

    Colleen is originally from Austin,Texas came here 20+ years ago for her masters in Fine Arts at the Beaux-Arts of Paris and the rest is history. She's has a private art studio in the heart of Le Marais and is also creative in the kitchen..
    Clement, born and raised in Paris, is a designer with degrees both in design and engineering. He's an avid sailor (family house in Brittany), and is a talented DIYer.
    Antonin, 14 yo, goes to a bilingual high school, high level soccer player and plays guitar.
    Sienna, 10 yo, goes to a bilingual middle school school, is involved in musical theater,dance,chess,fencing,film-making,Chinese,the list goes on..

    We've experienced many home swaps and have enjoyed integrating into local communities when we travel thanks to it ; we find home swapping an enriching, personable, ecological, and fun experience... we're all for it !

There is no need for a car as everything is accessible by foot in our neighborhood:

Stroll to the outdoor farmer's market to buy fresh local products: fruit, vegetables, herbs, cheese, roasted chicken .. take a picnic to the Buttes Chaumont park down the street - discover our wonderful bakeries, cafes, and trendy restaurants - have fun picking out groceries at the supermarket Monoprix just down the street - spend the day at the fabulous La Villette, Philharmonic, Cite des Sciences, Cite de la Musique, or hop on the metro to visit the rest of Paris.
