Notre maison

I offer a cut two-rooms (45 M2) apartment located in the east side of Paris (11th arrondissement). It's a typical Parisian apartment, with wooden floors, one prussian fireplace (only for decoration), and mouldings on the top floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one living-room with a sofa where two people can sleep, a kitchen where 3 people can eat, and a bathroom. Luminous, quiet, and located on the second floor of a building built at the beginning of the 20th, with an elevator.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. I'm 40, and work as a journalist in a business monthly magazine. I focus on social and management issues. I enjoy walking and salsa. I also love travelling. I made four years ago my first home swapping with a retired couple in San francisco. I also swapped my home three times with a young italian lawyer in Roma, and I made an exchange with Rio and Buenos Aires last year. Each time it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoy the possibility it offers to see a country as a resident. I am respectful of others people's goods and I hope to find howe swappers in the same spirit.

The apartment is very close to Pere-Lachaise cemetery and to two metro station (Pere lachaise and Voltaire, lines 2,3 and 9). It's very easy to go everywhere in Paris from there. Lots of shopping streets and restaurants in the neighbourood. Fifteen minutes walk for the Place de la Bastille, or the place de la République.
