Notre maison

Our apartment occupies the 5th and 6th floor of a little Parisian building. (we do have a lift but a tiny one). Although an apartment it has the feel of a "house" because of the configuration and all the plants on the small patios. We have a living room, an open kitchen and a small bedroom (double bed 140 cms wide ) on the lower level. Bedroom has an attached bathroom. The lower level has a balcony with lots of plants. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms
Master Bedroom has a double bed, an open original bathroom with a 4 seater jacuzzi which opens out on a little patio 4 sq mts. Small balcony with a view of the sacré coeur in the far distant.
Second bedroom also has a double bed with an attached bathroom (shower cubicle and WC. Very Small balcony with a view of the sacré coeur in the far distant.
Third bedroom is a child's room with a play-loft and window that overlooks the small patio.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. Hello,
We are a "mixed world" couple and live with our 9 year old son Cyrus. We also have a Golden Retriever, Chip who is 2.5 yrs old and is the BEST dog in the world. Friendly, loving and quiet. But Chip goes on his own vacation somewhere in France.
Francis is a management consultant and has lived in the US as a student(Stanford) and of course in Paris. He is X-Mines. He speaks English, French, German. He loves rushing about. So he is obviously married to someone who in fact does not like rushing about. That's me - Roxanne. I run my own small real estate business now that I have retired from being a Telecoms executive. I rent furnished apartments in central Paris for students and young professionals who come here for 3 months to a year - even longer. My website is www.centralparisrentals.com
I speak Spanish, English, French, some Indian languages and have lived in the US, Spain, UK, India, France. We like discovering new people and places so do make offers and surprise us. The only problem is that we do have school holidays to take into consideration.
We would be very open to offers for extended week-ends, especially in Europe. Don't hesitate to write even if you have only one bedroom to offer. We have had 4 very successful exchanges with Sannibel Florida, La Jolla California and Delhi, India. Last summer we had a wonderful exchange with Ireland. This will be our FIFTH home exchange experience and we are actually looking for any beach or waterfront or proximity property this summer - email on centralparisrentals@yahoo.com

Looking forward to summer our ideal next summer exchange is a HOUSE with a beach or lake less than 20 to 30 minutes drive - We live in a flat all year round so we love to just sit in gardens and in beautiful homes and we love just living in the United States so we are very open and go for day-spends on beaches or in gardens. We do not necessarily need highly touristic attractions.
Please write in if your home is in North America and if your home exchanges dares around 10th July for 2 to 3 weeks.

Localisation

Quartier

We love our neighbourhood and you will too. Just 50 metres away from the Palais Royal/Louvre Museum in the historic centre of Paris - just minutes away from the River Seine. The nearest bridge to our place is the pont des arts(a pedestrian wooden bridge) where people picnic in the summer. Stand on the bridge and you will feel like you are stepping into a postcard. You just cannot get more central in Paris. Mona Lisa won't be the only one smiling!
PS - our appt is on rue croix des petits champs, 75001.
