Notre maison

The house has 3 floors. It is typical from the 19th century workman house in Paris (but we fully renovated it 2 years ago !). In the ground floor, there is a great kitchen and a veranda which give on the garden, and a salon with a chimney which functions, on the street side. On the first floor, there are 2 rooms, a small office and a bathroom. One of the rooms is equiped with a bed for baby and a changing table.. On the second floor, there are 2 mansard-roofed rooms and a bathroom. It is divided in a lot of different spaces, so that you can be quiet in a room, whilst children are playing in another. The garden is large enough to have lunch or diner outside, around a barbecue, or to let children playing in the sand, or just to enjoy the sun in a deckchair. During spring or fall, you can also enjoy the luminosity of the veranda, for a lunch or a breakfast.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a family of 5. We have 3 children from 8 to 1 y.o.: Coline, Blanche & Youri. We've been living in Malakoff for 5 year now. We were before in Paris a get amazed by the village style of life in Malakoff, while being fully connected to Paris. We both are working (Marie is architect; Romain is researcher). We love theatre, danse, reading, cooking, mountain, sailing, and discovering new countries & areas with our children. We recently started to exchange home, as it is the best way to ge surpised and to get immersed in new places & people. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Malakoff, as much as we enjour our life here! Marie & Romain.

The house is located in the center of Malakoff, a nice little town with a village atmosphere, small streets with a lot of houses. Malakoff is connected to paris by feet (the house is 300m from Paris !), by tramway, by bus and by metro (line 13 - Porte de Vanves stop). The line 13 goes directly to Montparnasse, Invalides, Champs Elysée, Grands Boulevards, Place de Clichy and Stade de France). Close to Malakoff, you can go by feet to the famous Puce de Vanves (every WE) In Malakoff, you can find all the shops for daily life, a cinema, a national theatre, a public swiming pool. Malakoff is also on the "coulée verte", a long cycle path going from Montparnasse to the south. You can use ou bikes, or rent a 'Velib' (the nearest station is 200m from our house). Last, you can also use the local train to go to Versailles in less than 30 minutes !
