Notre maison

Quiet, spacious and comfortable flat (1st floor/elevator) in the middle of a pine forest. Renovated in 2016, our 2 living rooms welcome readers, music lovers and TV addicts. They open onto a kitchen fully equipped and luminous with a cellar. We have 3 bedrooms (1 king double bed + 2 single beds), a bathroom with an Italian shower, 1 laundry and 1 independent WC. It's a very nice typical southern apartment (south oriented) that opens onto a closed terrace surrounded by the forest. You can eat and have a rest on it.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are Thierry & Marie, a married French couple with 2 children, Vincent 13 & Martin 11. We are both professionals (project manager/web development & purchasing specialist). We enjoy being at Antibes as it offers many activities but we are also keen on traveling (US, Vietnam, Europe, North Africa). We like to discover new cultures to live 'several lives' and to learn different habits/stories/cooking thanks to our exchangers' experiences. We are very attracted by authentic destinations. We've been used to lend our flat to friends and families and have already exchanged twice with success.
Let's share our cultures to come back even more enthusiastic for the next trips !!

French Riviera offers many local places to visit:
- Cannes, its Film Festival & its old undiscovered town of the Suquet
- Nice, its Promenade des Anglais & its flower market
- Italy (1 hour away from Antibes by car) to taste the local cooking, enjoy shopping & feel a different culture and ambiance.
- Saint Tropez for its summer atmosphere
- The mountains of the Mercantour to be right in the middle of nature to forget civilization.

This touristic area mainly refers to Cannes and Nice but it can also allude to Antibes which is an ancient town in between - with a lovely port. Let's come and discover that charming town with its narrow streets in which you'll be lost. You will smell and eat bread, local dishes, Provence cooking and local ice creams. You will feel the spirit of the old town that is still present. Just next to Antibes, Juan Les Pins offers the annual Jazz Festival for music lovers (July).
Antibes remains a good compromise for people who seek for rest and different activities.
We live on the hills of Antibes, named Semboules, at 5 minutes from the city center by car. Our neighbor is pleasant as there's a Plaza on which there are a grocery/delicatessen, a chemistry, doctors, a bakery, a library, hairdressers, beauty centrers and a post-office as if we lived in a small village. The residence is in the middle of a pine forest, there is no noise (amazing for the French Riviera) and our neighbors are mainly made up of families.
All other commodities are also reachable (stores) in 5 minutes by car or bus as well as by the motorway. The sand or stones beaches are at 10 minutes by car.
