Notre maison

Classic 3-storey villa in northern part of Aarhus, main city in Jutland and also the Cultural Captial of Europe in 2017. Beatifull garden with several spaces for relaxing in shade or sun and also with a big trampoline.
The house is build in 1953 and is typical Danish villa for that period with red bricks and balcony.
In the basement there is a large bathroom, and a basement room that can be used for an extra bedroom if needed.
On the ground level there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, two livings rooms connected with french doors, a small bathroom and a extra living-room - we call this room the sun-room, because it is always sunny and warm. Also there is a second bathroom here.
1. floor hosts the main bedroom as well as two childrens room and a childrens playroom. On this floor there is also a small toilet. From the bedroom balcony you have great overview over the Aarhus Bay area.
