Very Charming apartment in a Art Deco style building of 1936, located in one of the best living area of Brussels.
Spacious 2nd floor with lift; good condition; the whole apartment with genuine wood floor, Double living room, dressing room, kitchen with balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine; very quiet bedroom with balcony and view on private garden. Quiet and very secure area.
Nice neighbours if you need any help or information.
Swimming pool at a walking distance of 4 min, golf at 5km and 12 km...
You'll enjoy this place where everything is easy and well located for any commodities, shopping, museum, station, typical food market on sundays and wednesdays.
Coming in this apartment will offer you the opportunity to be in the capital of Europe sharing the opportunity to be in a big city and a very green place with all the parks in the area...
10 minutes at a walking distance from supermarkets, typical street and church place with shops and french bakeries....
15 km from the brussels international airport (15 min by cab)...

  1. French woman from Paris who lives in brussels for 7 years, I really enjoy this city. I work as a podiatrist in the european aera.
    I enjoy travelling when able to get away and never done a home exchange before but I am keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident and allow someone to see mine.
    I would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchanges by emails first to see how best I can facilitate your stay in belgium...

    My wish for this first home exhange would be to go to new york city in march or may 2011 but I' M FLEXIBLE.





Brussels is a nice place to live in and to visit.1H20 by train to Paris, 1H50 to London, 2h to Amsterdam, or to germany (Cologne, frankfurt). 30 min by train to Anvers, famous diamond city with a very huge Zoo....
More than 80 museums from fency fine arts, ensuring something to suit every taste...Bus tour sighseeing on imperial buses. Train, tramway, subway, buses...
Interesting places to see not far from home like Atomium, The famous grand place with manneken pis, King palace, Chineese and japaneese House of the '58 universal exhibition...
Typical places with flea markets, antics shops, galleries, designers shops, European quater, nice parks...Many restaurants, typical cafés with terrace , french and foreign food... You won't live belgium without tasting his best fine chocolate, genuine french fries, waffles, beer, mussels.....
Brussels is also a the right place for shopping with the famous Louise avenue (chanel, Dior, Hermes, Cartier....and other casuals shops).
If you like architecture, many walking tours to discover very unique art deco and art nouveau building around my place.
Public transport (tramway) 50 meters from apart.to go directly to main station or to grand place or to the main shopping places (10 min).
Shops are open from 10 am to 6 pm except on sundays; souvenirs shops in the center and museums open every day of the year.
Direct tramway to go to Atomium, shopping street Louise (10 min) and various restaurants, movie theater...
