There is a second bedroom with queen bed in the loft and a fold out double couch in the lounge room . In addition, there is a separate studio with queen bed , kitchenette and bathroom downstairs..The house is funny and funky with lots of bright colours, fish and beach ornaments and we have bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, surfboards and everything for the beach. We have wallabies, scrub turkeys, possums and lots of other wildlife around the house and beautiful birds and parrots in the trees.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are Kim and Lou, a professional couple in our sixties ,with 3 married children and lots of gorgeous grandchildren. Kim recently retired from management at IBM which gives him more time to ride his Harley and go sailing but Lou still works in her dream job as an IVF Clinical Nurse Specialist.
We are friendly and outgoing, non smoking, pet loving and really adore travelling. We have had our beachhouse for nearly 20 years now and it has always been a wonderful place to sit on the deck with friends and family and unwind. We all love sailing and surfing so the beach has always been a focal part of our lives. Now that we're empty-nesters, we are keen to spend time in other countries , enjoy life as a resident and discover some more good skiing spots. We have been exchanging homes for many years now , have really enjoyed the whole exchanging experience and have been to some amazing places...We have also made many new international friends with whom we keep in touch .
